Every October is breast cancer awareness month, and people all around the US and the world wear pink ribbons as a show of support. A lot of charities and work places take part in fund raising activities in October, for example some workplaces have a pink day when everybody not only wears a pink ribbon but also pink clothes.

Martial Arts Clip Art

Today I'm bringing you some martial arts clip art, for all you atheletes and practicioners of karate, taekwondo, judo, and so on. I only practiced a martial art (karate) when I was 10 years old, so I don't have much experience with it. But I do have a tremendous amount of respect for people constantly focusing on and improving their art and their skill. Martial arts practitioners usually have not only a strong body but also a strong mind and sharp focus.

Today's Native American clip art celebrates the heritage and culture of the aboriginal peoples of the Americas, particularly Canada and America. They have contributed a lot to our nations, and their traditions give our countries a core identity that they would otherwise not have, being mainly immigrant nations.

I think that Native American, or I believe "First Nations" is the properly accepted term these days, culture and history of how their communities and cultures were harmed should be a part of every child's education.
