Coconut Cupcakes with Lime Buttercream Frosting

I couldn't get enough of these. They were incredible! And that's saying something coming from the chocoholic queen of the planet. They were perfect during the hot few days we had here in Pittsburgh a little while ago. Very appropriate for summer.
