Supernatural: The Anime Series on DVD and Blu-Ray

I know I have been talking  about Supernatural alot lately but really it is a good show and I cant get enough of it. I loved how the creators developed a new animated world, which meant some characters had to go through a makeover to fit the feel of the new environments. If I could makeover myself in order to explore new situations, I would make myself into a more professional looking or medical looking person so I could really check out my career goals in a whole new prospective and make sure its what I want. I mean really I would changed my body in many ways since I had kids but I know if I had the choice I would like to see how I would be looked at and treated if I was more professional and medical career like and less like just a SAHM. I love being a mom and all but I miss looking like I actually do more out in the world other than taking care of kids. I think it would be interesting to see how different you would be treated, looked at and how even yourself would act. If you could have a makeover in life to explore other situations what do you think you would be?

Anyways back to Supernatural the Anime Series lol. You have to check this show out and remember you can order your copy of Supernatural: The Anime Series on DVD or Blu-Ray here today: http://bit.ly/p0WOMq

Supernatural: The Anime Series on DVD and Blu-Ray

The creators of Supernatural were able to construct an animated world in which there were no boundaries. This new look into Supernatural brings new perspective to the show. From adding color, intensity and action to scenes, to vivid images of horrifying demons, the medium does not disappoint. This so make this show stand out beyond the others  I think!

I love that since I watch the real show and then watching the anime version it gives it a new perspective on the show without changing the story line. I think about my life and looking back on it now knowing what I know and looking at it in a new light how things have changed and my perspective has changed now looking at it from when I was actually living it! I also think about if I was going to do a show about my life if I would want it on film or anime. I think both would be cool but if I had to chose one I think Anime because my life I think could be represented and told better in a cartoon. I know it might seem fake but I think parts of life feel like a cartoon where if it was told as a film I think it would be one of those lifetime series haha. Supernatural I think is the same way. Since they are chasing demons and all it fits the Anime better then film even though both are awesome.  You have to check out this show and you can order your copy of Supernatural: The Anime Series on DVD or Blu-Ray here today: http://bit.ly/p0WOMq ! So check it out!

Supernatural: The Anime Series on DVD and Blu-Ray

Me and my husband search over shows trying to find ones we will actually get into these days but its hard. Then I heard through WB that they were coming out with a new anime series based around the series Supernatural which me and my hubby used to watch all the time and got into it. So of course we were intrigued into checking it out. What is Supernatural The Anime Series about? well here is a short synopsis- After being separated for years, the Winchester brothers come together and surmount enormous obstacles (including some pretty gnarly demons) in search of their father. Throughout the show, family and brotherhood specifically is a very important theme. In fact, it is often the key element that saves each brother’s life when things get the most dangerous.

Sounds interesting right? I know it does to us and I love how it brings family closeness into the story line. I have sibling but they are all way older than me but I know they would help me if ever I was in dire emergency. We might not always get along but we love each other and always help each other out and that's what this show is about. Two brother helping each other get past their battles and enemies and find the truth. That's what intrigues us. So if this sounds like something you or a family member would like definitely check it out and Order your copy of Supernatural: The Anime Series on DVD or Blu-Ray here today: http://bit.ly/p0WOMq !

Rizzoli & Isles Women Role Models? I think so!

The past couple weeks I have been telling about why I like Rizzoli & Isles and well I am gonna tell you another reason lol but first I have really come to realize when you ask people their role models and their answers really surprised me. Not always in a bad way but other than parent and family members most of the role models were males. Can you believe that? I couldn't! There are some really powerful women in history that are awesome role models but there really needs to be more for these younger girls to idolize other than some of these crazy musicians and actresses. This is where my other reason for loving Rizzoli & Isles comes in.
Rizzoli & Isles are two women in powerful positions who can accomplish anything they put their minds to while having an influence upon others. As such, the show empowers women with both characters coming from different points of view and background while remaining true to themselves in getting their job done. As a testament to this, Rizzoli & Isles won Best Drama at the 'Women's Image Network Awards' in 2010. This is awesome to see that yes women can be awesome cops or detectives or medical examiners or any other occupation that most think a typical man job and do a great job at it! I try to never stereo type anything for my kids. If my girls want to be a mechanic go for it or if my son wants to be nurse or whatever awesome. But mainly my girls because I never want them to thing something is for boys only. So to watch a show that has both main characters as very powerful females in very important jobs and they do it and kick butt showing everyone they are the best at what they do and influencing other to do their best as well. That is the type of stuff I like to see and let me kids see not that I would let me young ones watch this but only because the nature and graphics of the show might worry them but when they get older you bet I would let them watch it.

So if you want to see two empowering women that will be awesome role models who are funny, strong and interesting to watch then you have to check out Rizzoli & Isles plus you'd see the reason why they won Best Drama at the 2010 Women's Image Network Awards. The first season is now available on DVD: http://bit.ly/mt2Hpo

Rizzoli & Isles Best Friends and work together

Being a mom to 6 kids 12 and under I barely ever have friendship time. I mean I wish I had more best friends and maybe Ill find that special friend someday but for now I am mommy and wife and that's it lol. It wasn't always that way though. Back in high school I had many friends but two main best friends that I could tell anything to. We were very different personalities and we had are time we disagreed but we were always there to back each other up and be a shoulder to cry on or partners in crime. I miss those days and hope I have those opportunities again. It is rare to find some one that compliments you and be that person you trust everything to and still have a blast with and take your mind of things and that's what my BFFs did for me. Our friendship was alot like the relationship between Rizzoli & Isles from TNT. Both women are smart, strong, and competent women, but work so well together. They let down their defenses when they are together and just get the job done while still being compassionate towards each other. Maybe that's one reason I love the show so much and get into it. So if you haven't checked out Rizzoli & Isles you should!Get all 10 episodes of the first season on DVD! Available for pre-order here: http://bit.ly/mt2Hpo

Rizzoli & Isles Season One Now on DVD

Being a mom I dont watch alot of TV. When I do want to sit down and enjoy a show there really isnt anything on that I want to watch any more other than reality shows and I will admit I do watch some but I miss TV shows with story lines and plots. So when I came across Rizzoli & Isles I was immediately drawn in.

Rizzoli & Isles, a TNT drama series starring Angie Harmon as police detective Jane Rizzoli and Sasha Alexander as medical examiner Dr. Maura Isles, is based on the Rizzoli/Isles series of mystery novels by Tess Gerritsen. Tess was quoted as saying that the adaptation was a dream come true.

I love suspense and drama shows. Honestly I never read the books but after watching the show a few times and knowing it all started from a book intrigues me. I think of my blog and my life and if it were ever turned into a show what it would be. I honestly dont think it would go far but it would be a comedy and drama for sure. I could see my life as a kid and growing into a teen and my teen years that would be funny and scary lol. Then into wife and mom years now and raising 6 kids as a SAHM and blogger/photographer. There would definitely always have action and drama haha. I think to make a show great it really does need some history and a awesome storyline or else nobody is gonna watch it. I think the writers of Rizzoli & Isles did a great jon and I cant wait to see more next season!

If you want to see Rizzoli & Isles check out 1st season on DVD. You can pre-order your copy of Rizzoli & Isles Season One on DVD Here today and catch all 10 'must see' episodes.

Smallville and Superhuman powers which one would you chose?

As you heard before how much I love Smallville and was so sad to see it end after 10 years. Looking back over those ten years and watching Clark grow and learn his Super Human powers was fun and exciting. I always dreamed about if I had super powers what I would do with them.

One episode I remember the most was the "Pilot" Season 1, Ep. 1 The earliest manifested Kryptonian power which allows Clark to move at speeds faster than the speed of light. In Season 1 "Pilot," Clark misses his bus but reveals his super speed when he outruns it through a cornfield. This is one of the superpowers I would chose. I would love super speed. Can you imagine cleaning the house in like 5 seconds and being able to visit family and friends in another state in matter of minutes wow! Also with being a mom to 6 I could be in 6 places at once pretty much without missing anything. This would be so handy! I want Super Speed lol!

Gosh I still cant believe Smallville is over but at least The 'Smallville: The Complete Series' DVD lets you experience the exciting journey Clark Kent embarks upon to realize his destiny! With over 24 hours of special features and 2 hours of never before seen footage, the complete series on DVD is the ultimate resource for the Smallville fan! http://amzn.to/m9qILM So head over and check out this awesome deal and awesome show! The best romance of Smallville

I am in love with Smallville and have been since it began 10 years ago. I love the suspense and drama of the whole series. It makes me sad to know next Friday is the last episode ever of Smallville . I have always thought Clark Kent was so cute. I enjoyed the few relationships her has had. I loved his first love Lana Lang and his best friend Chloe but my all time favorite love of his was the famous Lois Lane.

Lois Lane and Clark Kent's relationship began on - ("Crusade" Season 4, Ep. 1): This relationship slowly developed over the years; from complete strangers to romantic lovers, Lois Lane is a journalist for the Daily Planet. After five years of friendship with Clark, they fall in love and she becomes Clark Kent's fiancee. She first appears in Season 4 "Crusade," when she arrives in Smallville to investigate the death of her cousin Chloe. She meets Clark for the first time when he falls from the sky and is found naked in a corn field. She wraps a red blanket around him (iconic for his future cape) and begins their relationship.
Why I love this relationship the best is because its true love. I love the corky little remarks Lois gives Clark. She was always making fun of him and giving him the nick name Smallville. They were like the school kids who picked on each other because they liked each other. I so loved when they actually started a real relationship together after a lie detector proved they had feelings for each other. Lois is like Clark's sidekick. She is always there to help him and support him even if most of the time that means him having to save her from her own self most of the time lol. I just love how true and honest and fun their relationship is. They tell it how it is and they support each other. I cant wait to see the shows finale!

With the 'Smallville: The Complete Series' DVD, fans will be able to relive all of Clark Kent's romantic encounters, from start to finish! With an Exclusive Daily Planet newspaper written by DC Comics that highlights the important storylines developed during the 10-year run of the show, the Smallville Complete Series is a must-have for all Smallville fans! http://amzn.to/m9qILM
Make sure you check this great offer out. This show is a classic love show with lots of action, drama and humor. It is a must see and a must have. I cant wait to get my hands on the Smallville: The Complete Series DVD and at this price its too good to pass up! http://amzn.to/m9qILM

Pre-Order! Smallville: The Complete Series

Me and my husband are huge Smallville and Superman fans. I have been watching the show since it first began 10 years ago. I missed a few here and there so me and my hubby have bought seasons 1 through  7 and plan on getting 8,9 and 10 so we have the complete series. Smallville is a drama action show of a alien boy from Krypton named Clark Kent who's parents sent him to Earth when their planet was being destroyed by ZOD. He crashed into a corn field where his Earth Parents found him and raised him as their own. He grew up and learned about his powers and has had to overcome some epic battles with his arch enemies. Being Superman is not easy trust me! He has many enemies and arch rivals but the biggest one I think has to be a Human Lex Luthor! The most memorable episode I can think of is "Zod" Season 6, Ep. 1 where Clark , (Superman or Kal-El) battles Lex Luthor who is possessed by the Kryptionian enemy ZOD. Lex/ZOD captures Lana Lane (Clark's love of his life) and has Clark to his knees and tells him to join forces and he will let the humans Clark cares about live. This episode had me on the tip of my seat waiting to see how he will conquer his two ultimate enemies in one and save the people he cares about and the whole planet. Poor Clark all he wants is a normal life but that isn't happening. You definitely have to check out this episode and all the others as well! You will get addicted trust me lol!
If you have missed any of the shows or if you are a die-hard fan of it, you can pre-order Smallville: The Complete Series for $224.99 on amazon. It contains every episode in a 62-disc set.

Pretty Little Liars and the soundtrack of my life!

What would be the soundtrack to your life and which songs would it include?

My soundtrack would be a mixed Genre. I would have some slow heartbreak songs that would represent my high school years like Taylor's Swifts Teardrops on my guitar and Love Story and Our song. Then there would be some alternate songs that represent worse times in my life like Puddle of Mudd's She Hates me and Blurry. There would definitely be some upbeat and happy songs as well like Sugarland's All I want to do and Lady A's Looking for a Good Time. I can see Beauty Queen from the Pretty Little Liar's soundtrack being one of the songs in my soundtrack as well because it represents me as a teenager and envying the popular girls and watch them change over the years. It is such a moving and meaningful song! My Soundtrack would be a roller coaster of emotions and songs lol but if would really represent my life. I could see it playing in the background of my life story.

The music of the Pretty Little Liar's soundtrack fits perfectly with the story in the show and it makes you feel the emotions the characters are portraying and feel like your in the show. They did an awesome job with this soundtrack to the show and making it work into the scenes. Fay Wolf Song Your love is a perfect example of a beautiful song that represent life and love. It fits the scene so well and is one of the greatest on the CD.

Pretty Little Liars Soundtrack CD

I love music. I love all kinds. So when I was given the chance to review the new Pretty Little Liars Soundtrack I was excited. I have watch it and and love the music.  This CD has a combination of R&B and soul and Pop and a little rock to it. It is a awesome CD.

One of my favorite songs on it is Beauty queen. It has a awesome beat and I love the meaning its getting across. It is saying that nobody's perfect. That person you think is the Beauty Queen, perfect, beautiful, and smart still has their falls and issues. This hits home for me because I envy alot of people and down on myself alot and I know I shouldn't but it is hard when they look so flawless and happy and this song let me know its just a mirage that nothing is perfect!

The second song I love is I Wont. I love Colbie Caillat and is it a great soulful song. Its about falling in love with someone and them telling you they just want to be friends even though you love them and gave them your heart. I know that feeling and it really is impossible to go from in love to just being friends. I feel for her in the song and it just makes me love the song so much more.

So if you love music or love Pretty Little Liars then you have to check out the new Soundtrack CD.Catch Pretty Little Liars Mondays 8/7c on ABC Family, and visit iTunes to preview songs and pick up a copy of the album here: http://bit.ly/e2S527 .

The New Adventures of the Old Christine- What's the craziest thing youve done for your kids

Christine in The New Adventures of the Old Christine has to deal with alot being a single mom. I mean some of of have been in that situation and some of us haven't but either way just being a mom is alot of work. Being a mom means we have someone or someones to take care of, be responsible for, and live for and well some time we done extremely crazy things for our kids that before kids you would never of done ever not even for a million dollars OK well maybe for a million dollars but you get the point lol.

I have done alot of things I would of never done before well because I was extremely shy and all as a kid and teenager. I deal with a jerk of a ex because of my kids. I have been a total psycho manic crazy lady defending my kids. Normally I am a mellow and shy and sane person but when it comes to my kids and all I can be the total opposite. Also before kids you would of never seen me out with jammies on , no makeup, hair pulled back and so unready. Now with kids it is normal for all of those things to happen I will run into walmart with jammies on kids in a tshirt. I miss having time to get all pretty with makeup and curled hair and cute clothes but now a days I am lucky if I have enough time to get kids dress and decent and myself dress and hair brushed at least lol. Life surely changes when you have kids. Big Time!!! Would I change it nope not for anything. I mean there are days I want to scream to the top of my lungs and lock myself in my room or runaway for a few hours by myself but honestly I wouldn't last long with out my kids around. I would do anything for them crazy or sane I don't care they are my world.

In The New Adventures of the Old Christine she does some funny and crazy things for her son and I totally relate to her because I would do some of the same things for mine. But honestly it is still funny to watch her make a fool of herself sometimes lol. So tune in to "The New Adventures of Old Christine" 5 days a week! The New Adventures of Old Christine

Lately I been finding it hard to find shows on TV that I like. They are all the reality shows these days. What happened to drama, life experiences, adventure and excitement? I like shows that are like me and my family and my life. Something I can relate to. Well that is the case with The New Adventures of Old Christine.

Old Christine's world is crazy! Not only does she have to deal with her ex-husband Richard (who's still very much in her life, in spite of the fact he has new girlfriend also named Christine), but she also lives with her brother Matthew while raising her son Richie as a single mom. On top of that, she owns a gym with her best friend Barb, frequently goes on dates, and has to deal with the "meanie-moms" at her son's private school? Some how, though, Christine manages to juggle it all!

I can relate to Christine because after I divorce my ex husband I was a single mom raise two young kids and going to college double time while my mom lived with me to help me with my kids. I had to deal with my Ex and and his teeny bopper girlfriend and still try to have a social life. That was hard! Thank God I don't have to deal with that now. I just raised my 6 kids kids while my husband works full time and deal with the house and all the stuff that goes with being a mom , blogger and photographer. I love my life but it can be crazy at times. So I total feel for what Christine is going through on the show. That's why I love watching it. It is funny, dramatic, stressful, and crazy all in one exciting show.

So if your like me and looking for a funny but more realistic show Tune in to "The New Adventures of Old Christine" 5 days a week! Check out http://www.oldchristineweekdays.com/listings/ to find your local show times.
