Panko Crusted Salmon
Panko has become one of my best friends in the kitchen. There are so many things that you can do with it, and it adds a unique flavor to your dish. If you’ve never tried Panko before, here’s your first introduction to greatness.What you need:
- Salmon Fillets
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Panko
- Mix honey and Dijon mustard together in bowl
- Cover salmon in the honey and mustard mix.
- Generously our Panko over salmon
- Bake salmon at 375 for 15 minutes or until it flakes, and ENJOY!
