Vishal Bhardwaj's films always have a different story to tell, be it Omkara, Makdee, Maqbool or Kaminey. His films are usually high on content. She is a beautiful young girl, who ties the knot seven times, following the mysterious and untimely deaths of her hapless husbands. Priyanka's character ages from 20 to 65 years in this movie and it is unquestionably the role of a lifetime. This story happens in a sprawling house and at a time when there were butlers, maids and housekeepers. When you could ride horses in the farm and have cobras as pets. Your backyard also has a graveyard ! Vishal narrates the story with the help of radio, television and newspaper headlines to reveal the year in which we are.
