The most romantic day of the year (as some call it), is a day many spend collecting chocolates and flowers from loved ones. But imagine, the day of the year where hearts are literally floating around and cupid comes to life, you get "pranked" by one of the Flower companies! Well, not exactly "pranked" more like fooled, but still. Up to 62 cases have been found where couples did not receive any of their requested flower arrangements!The companies state the couples will receive a full re-fund, but only 1 out of the 62 cases has been solved so far (how's that for problem solving?). Whether there was no flowers due to lack of skills needed to fill out a form properly or due to company scamming, for those Poor Romeo(s) and Juliet(s) it looks like a truly sad (and flowerless) Valentine's day for them.
