I'm off to my sister Stacey and brother-in-law Rob's house in a little while. I'm going to sit for my nephew Cameron. I've been told to expect lots of iCarly. I am looking forward to the evening.
I had a wonderful answer to prayer this week. Karen, a friend from my hometown of Mishawaka, Indiana, found me through Facebook. She lives just a few miles from me with her family. She sent me an email and we talked for a while on the phone today. She invited me to have lunch with her family tomorrow after church. I'm really looking forward to re-connecting with her and catching up.
I feel like God has blessed me in such a wonderful way in re-connecting with Karen. I shared before through this blog that I was ready to make friends. I am still looking forward to meeting new friends but it's wonderful to re-connect with a friend from my past.
