Thank goodness the weekend is here! I am taking Tuesday off and so this is actually a four-day weekend for me. My parents arrived in town yesterday and I got to have dinner with them at my sister Stacey's home last night. Tomorrow I've got cleaning to do and errands to run. My friend Mari is coming on Sunday to visit. I think Ikea and the flea market are on the agenda. I'm not sure what else. I'm hoping we can squeeze in a movie.
I hope you have a great holiday weekend. In the midst of the cookouts other activities, I hope we as a nation will pause to thank God for those who have been willing to lay their lives down for our nation. We owe them a debt that we can never fully repay.
