I made it back home from the week in Atlanta. It was a great trip. I learned a lot. I was inspired. I was empowered. I connected with old friends and met some amazingly faithful and gifted people. I am so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful organization as Habitat for Humanity. I am ready to get back to work at TriState Habitat for Humanity recruiting more families, helping to educate families, and working to help them move from substandard conditions to safe, decent, affordable housing.
I'm tired and tomorrow is going to be a big day. My friend Karen and I are walking eleven miles tomorrow. I'm headed to bed. I have a feeling I am going to be tired again tomorrow afternoon.
